* representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Howard Delivery Services, Inc. in a successful petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court in a case involving the priority status of unpaid workers' compensation liability insurance premiums;
* acting as co-counsel for CRIIMI MAE Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company, in its successful Chapter 11 reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Greenbelt, Maryland;
* acting as Chapter 11 counsel for Greater Southeast Health Care System and Doctors Health, Inc.;
* acting as lead counsel for USA Floral Products Inc. and affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases in Delaware;
* representing a major national financial institution in executory contract claim litigation currently ongoing in the Trans World Airlines, Inc. Chapter 11 case in Delaware;
* serving as examiner and counsel to the examiner in the Fas Mart Convenience Stores, Inc. Chapter 11 case in Richmond, Virginia;
* representing a major unsecured creditor in the Boston Chicken Chapter 11 cases;
* acting as counsel to Preston Trucking in its Chapter 11 case; and
* serving as Creditors' Committee counsel in the Chapter 11 cases of Inphomation Communications, Inc., the operator of the Psychic Friends Network, Geonex Corporation, and The Driggs Corporation.
