Sprenger + Lang gained its national reputation representing employees in class action and individual employment claims. Over the years the firm has successfully taken on numerous large employers including C.H. Robinson, 3M, the University of Minnesota, Cargill, and Burlington Northern. One of the firm's cases, Jenson v. Eveleth Mines, is believed to be the first class action sexual harassment case in the country and inspired the Warner Bros. feature film North Country.

The lessons learned from successfully challenging flawed employment practices in major corporations and defending management against employment claims have informed and molded our ability to advise companies of all sizes on compliance with federal and state employment laws and litigation avoidance.

Our solid relationships with our corporate clients, our experience representing government entities, and our motivation to protect the rights of individuals motivated the transformation into the diverse services Sprenger + Lang provides to its clients today. In addition to its traditional employment practice, Sprenger + Lang now provides services to consumers in business fraud and breach of contract litigation and businesses in government procurements and commercial contracting. Our professionals are experienced and capable of delivering results to a diverse client base.
